There are some foods that are particularly important for a healthy diet, even miraculous due to their therapeutic, balancing, vitalizing, purifying and life-prolonging effects. They owe their many qualities to the richness in natural vitamins (some of which are powerful antioxidants: vitamin C, vitamin E and
beta-carotene), rare amino acids, mineral salts, and indispensable trace elements. In addition, they bring into being a very large amount of prana (the subtle energy that permeates the entire macrocosm). Such foods are: pollen, honey, wheat, brewer's yeast, yogurt, parsley.
